ASSIGNMENT:  UX Integration Strategy into Software Product Engineering
ROLE:  User Experience Director

The Software Product Engineering Group, staffed at 500+ people, plays a large role within the IT organization at BCG. At a high level, the group’s primary responsibility is to research, architect, design, build, deploy and operate applications, software and digital interfaces for BCG. Currently, there are multiple key initiatives running simultaneously within SWPE that requires a rethinking of the UX delivery within the greater project landscape. I recently pivoted from the UX Center of Excellence into the SWPE group, and now oversee and manage the UX services needed for all projects. I will continue to partner with the UX CoE to help determine UX capacity and deliverables for all current and future initiatives. The document below articulates my strategy for how UX will be deployed and continually managed within the Software Product Engineering Group.
