This Value Multiplier workbook is about the power of networks – social, business and financial – and how they can help corporate leadership create more value and better performance in their organization. It was developed based on the research input from Deloitte, the academic oversight from the SEI Center at Wharton, and the corporate support and commentary by numerous Open Matters clients. This workbook is dedicated to helping organizations understand today’s sources of value. It is also set up to provide leadership with the tools and techniques they need to augment their company with today’s most valuable business models. Throughout the workbook, users are provided access to surveys, exercises, research, resources, infographics and mobile applications for more help.
