The objective of this project was to conduct a total site refresh encompassing a complete content reorganization as well as a look and feel overhaul, giving the site a more marketable look and feel that would also allow users to find specific information quickly and easily. The main business objectives of this assignment were to enhance the used vehicle shopping experience, educate and increase awareness to the used vehicle shoppers about the advantages of purchasing a GM Certified used vehicle and increase dealer sales leads.
